Opened in 2024, the gym covers about 1,500 square metres. It offers group exercise, personal training, guided gym sessions and goal-based nutrition programmes, alongside rehabilitation services and EMF sessions. There is also a shop, a circus school called Sirkuskoulu Rainbow and children's parties.
Independent access requires a key tag collected from reception. Memberships and ten-visit cards can be bought online. A private sauna is available for four-hour hire, and meeting rooms can be rented separately. The entrance, parking, toilet and seating are wheelchair accessible.
