The association organises an international festival of site-specific contemporary art each September. Performances take place in public spaces such as parks, the market square, a civil defence shelter and a cemetery, with international live art among the programme.
Year-round projects support art, culture and artists' work. The association also organises an international live art prize. Its office is in the market hall and has a wheelchair-accessible entrance.
