The politically independent child-rights organisation works in Finland and internationally under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. It promotes children's rights to life, protection, learning and participation and provides non-profit child welfare services to wellbeing services counties.
Volunteers can act as support persons, sports mentors or host families. Expert services are offered to social-welfare professionals, and businesses can cooperate with the organisation. It publishes an annual survey of children's wellbeing and provides humanitarian aid during crises.
