The national gymnastics federation supports activities for children, young people, adults, older people and families, including adapted gymnastics. Competition covers nine gymnastics disciplines plus dance, with a licence required for competitors.
The federation trains coaches and instructors and provides development support and resources for member clubs. An instructor passport is offered, and official clothing can be bought online. The website is in Finnish, Swedish and English.
