The national association supports children, young people under 30 and families affected by accidents or patient injury. It also serves people with serious or chronic illness, including narcolepsy and acquired brain injury.
Services include in-person and remote peer support, courses, individual guidance and, in North Savo, leisure activities and neuropsychiatric coaching. Websites and a materials bank provide family and youth information, a child brain injury guide and a folder for medical records. Membership and supporting membership are available. The entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
Share your experience of the association's support in the comments for other families facing a sudden life change.
