The youth association runs 4H clubs for children from age six and supports business ventures by young people aged 13 to 29. Young entrepreneurs receive training, a written business plan and a dedicated mentor. A digital skills badge recognises learning, with possible study credits for entrepreneurship.
The association helps with annual activity and financial reports. Membership and personal details are managed through oma.4h.fi. Membership is open to those who commit to 4H values.
