The building brings together health, wellbeing, sports and assistive-device services. Tenants include a regional assistive-device centre with lending and booking services, vaccine and drug research, physiotherapy and occupational wellbeing providers.
Makosa in the second building serves home-style lunches and café food. Its 22-person private room can be divided in two, and the restaurant hall is available for evening and weekend hire. Meeting and reception rooms can also be rented by businesses. Short-stay parking is in the courtyard, with a parking building for longer visits. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
