Offices can be designed for hybrid working, collaboration, laboratories or fully tailored needs, and the HUB small-office area suits teams of up to 12. The neighbouring Kontinkangas campus focuses on well-being and health technology companies.
On-site services include reception and security, meeting rooms, catering, a café, cleaning and maintenance. Restaurant Myrsky serves lunch, catering and café fare and hosts corporate events.
