This restaurant in the Old Town began in 2016 as a casual bistro. Its menu centres on charcoal-grilled dry-aged beef and raw-aged beef, seasonal produce and Italian wines chosen by the restaurant. Starters include tartar, Arctic char crudo, mozzarella and truffle arancini. Guests can choose the multi-course MD Experience tasting menu, themed dinners or à la carte.
Booking in advance is recommended, and allergies and dietary requirements should be mentioned when booking. Gift cards are sold on the website. Dinner can be combined with a stay at the sister hotel in Pariisin Villa. The car park and entrance are not wheelchair accessible.
