This Tampere primary school teaches grades 1 to 6 in two buildings, the other being the Metsäniitty building. This one offers Montessori teaching from pre-primary to grade 6, and both host pre-primary groups from nearby daycare centres. Class-based special needs education is available from pre-primary onwards. The current name dates from 1 August 2026; before that it was Annala School.
The route to the entrance is level, wide and lit, but has at least four steps and a ramp over 6 m long with a landing. The entrance is hard to spot, but the doors open easily by hand. The two-storey building has a wheelchair lift and an accessible toilet on the entrance floor.
