This Tampere gym is in the DUO shopping centre and is open to members around the clock. It follows the chain's 2.0 concept, with updated equipment, a modern look and a spacious layout, and women have their own area, a gym within the gym. The cardio section has treadmills, cross-trainers and rowing machines, the strength section has machines for different muscle groups and free weights from kettlebells to barbells, and there is a stretching area.
Outside shopping centre hours, members use a side door and stairs, and the door also opens with the chain's app. Changing rooms have lockers and showers, but bring your own padlock. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
