This gym in a Technopolis office building in Tampere belongs to a chain with several locations. It is open to members every day, and a head trainer and two other trainers work on site. Through the chain you can also get personal coaching, group training programmes, single visits and gift cards.
A free trial session is available from Monday to Wednesday, with no sales pitch. Membership can be started online at any time, after which you collect your card from a card machine and can start training straight away. A visit usually lasts from 45 minutes to two hours.
