This full-service Tampere fitness centre is part of a gym chain. The gym floor covers over 1,000 m² with Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment, power racks and a stretching area. Besides the group exercise studio there is a heated studio for Body & Mind classes and a spinning studio, plus Hammer Box, HYROX and Run Ride Row Glass Box small-group classes.
The centre is wheelchair accessible and has saunas and showers. Childcare is offered on set days, and memberships are sold online. Customers can park free in front of the building for up to three hours by registering at the lobby tablet, and there is EV charging. A visit usually lasts about an hour and a half.
