This Tampere gym focuses on the bench press and has a competition-style bench rack. Arm wrestlers meet for weekly joint training sessions, and newcomers should contact the staff before their first visit. Staff give training advice, and sports supplements are sold on site.
Memberships are sold as time-based passes or visit cards, and members get in around the clock with a personal access card. A solarium is available to members, paid per session. Epassi, Edenred and Smartum employee sports benefits are accepted. The entrance and car park are not wheelchair accessible.
