This Tampere gym is for women, with equipment designed for women's training. The business started out with health services in 2016, the current premises opened in 2024, and the clinic expanded upstairs in 2025. Members can use personal trainers, body composition measurements, energy testing, an infrared sauna, massage chairs and virtual classes.
Access is for members only, and multi-visit and monthly cards are sold online. The upstairs clinic gives individual treatments by arrangement, and corporate and group agreements are available. The nearest car parks are P-Näsinkulma and P-Frenckell. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
