This Tampere gym is open to members around the clock, with entry by phone through the app. It has free weights such as kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells, plus machines, treadmills, cross trainers, rowers and a stretching area. Women have their own separate area, and the timetable includes group classes such as Les Mills.
A free equipment introduction can be booked in the app, and personal training is available. The changing rooms have showers, and members bring their own padlock. The entrance is step-free, and there is an accessible shower but no shower chair. The premises are in the same building as K-Supermarket Kuninkaankulma, and a visit usually takes 45 minutes to an hour and a half.
