This Tampere gym lies deep inside the Herrainmäki cave complex. It has about 2,000 m² of training space with a separate free-training area, ergonomic machines, plenty of free weights and functional training equipment. It belongs to a nationwide fitness chain owned by Pihlajalinna.
Training requires a membership. Personal training, massage, nutrition coaching, physiotherapy, fitness testing and childcare are also offered, and there is a sauna for after your workout, which usually takes 1–2 hours. The car park and entrance are accessible, with a paid car park and free street parking nearby.
