This Tampere gym is in the historic Tampella building, with brick walls and arched windows. The Technogym machines cover strength, endurance and competition training, and group classes for all levels range from aerial yoga to HYROX training.
Personal trainers and physiotherapists work on site, and you can book a massage, have your body composition measured on an InBody 770 or grab a smoothie. The gym is open around the clock. Memberships are sold online without long commitments, entry is through the WiseGym app, and corporate services are available.
