This self-service gym in Tampere belongs to a fitness chain and is open around the clock. The equipment is by Technogym, with free weights and dumbbells, plate-loaded machines, benches and racks, plus treadmills, a stair climber, cross trainers and exercise bikes. There is also a spacious recovery area, along with showers and changing rooms. The gym is deliberately small and has no reception.
After joining, you receive a door code by email within a couple of minutes, and the chain's app also works as a mobile key. Staff drop in from time to time, and personal training can be bought separately. You can pay by online banking, card or ePassi, Smartum and Edenred benefits.
