Founded in 2005, this Tampere art school aims to give everyone an equal opportunity to study art and culture. It is run by a support association whose members are the Tukena Foundation, Setlementti Tampere and Tampereen Kehitysvammaisten Tuki ry. Teaching includes basic arts education in music tailored to each student, free-form music studies in 30–60 minute lessons, courses and music groups for young children.
Students can register online throughout the school year, and lessons are given on site or online. The school shares premises with Wärjäämö, with the entrance through door A on the ground floor. The entrance, seating and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
