Run by three restaurateurs, this Tampere restaurant has Mika Lintula, formerly head maître d' at Tiiliholvi, in charge of the dining room. The seasonal menu changes almost every month and always includes a vegetarian option. Stocks are made in-house, and the kitchen serves fish dishes, charcuterie and desserts. The wine list is extensive, with beer and cocktails too.
Tables are booked online in advance, and dinner usually takes two to four hours. You can dress up or come in a tracksuit. Food is not sold to take away. High chairs are available, the toilet is accessible, and cards and contactless payments are accepted. The website is in Finnish and English.
