Tampere is where this Viking-themed restaurant chain began, and here too you dine in a Viking setting. The chain calls its style rough dining rather than fine dining: the idea is to eat well and leave full. The menu has Nordic flavours, the King's Feast set menu, à la carte dishes, family and couples' packages and a children's menu.
Private rooms and separable halls suit anything from small gatherings to parties of more than 100, such as business lunches, birthdays and stag or hen parties. Tables can be booked online or by phone, and group bookings are handled separately. Gift cards are available, and the menus are in Finnish. The entrance is not step-free.
