In the cellar of a jugend (Art Nouveau) building in Tampere, this restaurant cooks classic French dishes with a modern Nordic twist, using seasonal ingredients. The kitchen is led by Pietari Parkkonen. Weddings, thesis-defence parties, birthdays and family celebrations are also held in the vaulted brick rooms and private dining rooms.
A three-course lunch is served on weekdays, and champagne and sparkling wines have their own section on the list. Tables can be booked online, and lunch and dinner reservations are recommended. Gift cards are shipped across Finland. There are a few steps from the street to the door, but the toilet is step-free. Cards and mobile payments are accepted.
