Located in the Tampere service point, this desk handles customer service for the bus and tram network of the Tampere region. Besides bus and tram routes, the network includes train connections, city bikes, park-and-ride, on-demand transport and airport transport.
On buses and trams you pay by contactless card, travel card or mobile app, and tickets cannot be bought with cash. Tickets are validated on every trip. The entrance and parking area of the service point are accessible.
