This local association brings together entrepreneurs from the Pispala and Pyynikki areas. It operates within the Pirkanmaa Entrepreneurs regional organisation and is part of Suomen Yrittäjät, Finland's national entrepreneurs' federation. Its aim is to improve operating conditions for local business owners and keep in touch with business policy decision-makers. Its area stretches from Hämeenpuisto to the Nokia motorway, and the area south of the motorway is also within its scope. In 2015 it was named the top-ranked local chapter in Pirkanmaa.
The programme includes networking events, spring and summer excursions, a traditional rail golf event, a company billiards league and information sessions. An annual Y-juhla celebration with awards is also held.
