Founded in 1886, the workers' association owns the stone Workers' House built in the 1890s. The building has a long history of cultural, social and political activity and hosted the founding of several labour movement organisations.
Office and commercial space is let by the association. The Puistotorni conference centre offers meeting rooms of different sizes and a concert hall. Renovation since the mid-1980s has combined restoration of historic features with modern technology.
