Founded in 1963, the association employs people facing barriers to the labour market, including long-term unemployed people and people with disabilities. It offers paid work and coaching to develop employment skills. Eleven member organisations guide its work, and it holds the Finnish Social Enterprise mark.
Businesses, public bodies and associations can use machining, industrial subcontract sewing, packaging and assembly services. Storage and shipping services are offered to online shops. The association partners with municipal employment services. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
