Trains in Turku now leave from the platforms beside Logomo, and the station services have moved into Logomo, the old workshop buildings that also house an events centre. The walk from the old station building takes 10–15 minutes, and night trains also depart from here. Turku Art Museum is about a 10-minute walk away.
There is a toilet and car-train loading, but no VR ticket office or luggage lockers. Lifts lead up to the Logomonsilta bridge for step-free access to the platforms, and the high platforms give level boarding onto low-floor trains. Assistance can be booked on a free phone number at least 24 hours ahead. Föli bus 20 runs via the station to the bus station.
