VR trains in Turku leave from the platforms next to Logomo, about a 10 to 15-minute walk from the old station building, and night trains are reached via the Logomo bridge. Facilities, including toilets, are in Logomo's premises, and Föli bus line 20 runs from here to the bus station. Turku Art Museum is about 10 minutes' walk away.
There is no VR service point, so tickets are bought online or in the VR Matkalla app. For the car-carrier train, keys are handed over 30 minutes before the evening loading. Platforms are raised for step-free boarding of low-floor trains, and lifts lead up to the Logomo bridge. Assistance must be booked by phone 24 hours before departure.
