This Turku lunch spot serves Finnish home cooking on the ground floor of the Osuuspankki building. Home-style food has been served to Turku residents since 2005, and the current restaurant opened in February 2016. Lunch dishes and desserts are made on site from scratch, without semi-finished products, and the meat and fish are mostly Finnish where possible.
Lunch is served on weekdays only, while the food lasts: a buffet, a soup lunch, or hot food, soup or a salad box to take away, each with starters, salads, bread, dessert and coffee or tea. The room is small, so bookings are not taken. The daily menu shows where the meat comes from, and the entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
