The trade union for private service sectors negotiates about 30 collective agreements and advises on pay, working hours, annual leave and dismissal. Members include shop assistants, cleaners, waiters, cooks, property maintenance workers, guards and drivers.
Membership includes access to the unemployment fund and career and training services. The online member service allows contact detail updates, membership payments and reports of unpaid leave. A Campus learning environment and student membership are offered. This office has an accessible entrance.
