Founded in 1997, this non-profit rural development association operates across six municipalities. It funds association and business projects through EU rural development Leader grants and offers Youth Leader funding for young people's own projects. Its work also includes international cooperation and maintaining a network of hiking and nature destinations.
Local associations can receive advice and expert support, including help with environmental and water-body restoration. Project applications are accepted continuously and assessed by the board in selection periods.
