Founded in 1982, the cultural and music association promotes grassroots youth and popular culture. It offers a recording studio, band rehearsal rooms, event sound and lighting services, and an eight-place mobile toilet trailer.
Volunteer-run events include the Pöheikön Pölläys summer festival, first held in 1991, and other music gatherings. Membership is open, with joining information on the website. The entrance and parking area are wheelchair accessible.
