Activities based on learning by doing include clubs, competitions, training, employment opportunities and youth enterprises. The aim is to support responsible and enterprising adulthood. The association also covers the former municipalities of Viljakkala and Kuru.
Individual and family memberships are available. Volunteer business mentors advise and encourage young people running their own enterprises.
