The foundation provides health education for ages 3–13, covering physical and mental wellbeing, healthy lifestyles and substance education. The age-progressive programme supports the national curriculum and uses positive pedagogy to strengthen self-esteem.
The foundation's teachers deliver recurring annual lessons in schools and day-care centres. Resources also include a substance education podcast, a game featuring Harold and a course on living together without racism for grades 4–7. The office is in Knitter Business Park.
Share your group's lesson experience in the comments to help other educators assess the programme.
