This is the Kanta-Häme regional association of the national Kiinteistöliitto, the Finnish property owners' association, serving housing companies in the area. It was founded in 1892. Membership is for housing companies, and the association offers advice and training and publishes news and blogs on housing company law, maintenance and energy regulations.
Member benefits include free telephone advice, training events, the Suomen Kiinteistölehti magazine, member pages and free websites for housing companies. An online assistant, Kotibotti, answers housing questions around the clock. Each year the association names the Year's housing company act and the Year's housing company chair. The website is in Finnish and Swedish.
