Drawing on dim sum and Cantonese street-food spots with a twist of its own, this Helsinki restaurant makes its dumplings by hand every day. The menu features meat and vegetable dumplings, bao buns and mixed drinks, and the idea is that eating out should be fun and light-hearted, in a relaxed setting.
