This party and event space is the club room of LKS, the medical students' association at the University of Helsinki. It is on the top floor of its building, with a terrace looking out over Suvilahti. Opened in May 2005 after a full renovation and refreshed in summer 2020, the 253 m² space takes a seated party of 100, a dance event of 200 or a meeting of 50.
It is hired for weddings, meetings, company wellness days and yoga classes, and cleaning is included. Bookings are made through an inquiry form, and the person renting must be at least 25. Guided viewings and a 3D tour are available. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
