Opened in Helsinki in 1962, this sports centre brings a swimming hall, gym, sports hall and two indoor shooting ranges under one roof. There is a six-lane 25-metre pool kept at 27 °C plus teaching, whirlpool and cold pools, and the heart of the building is a hot sauna nicknamed Kaken grilli. Classes include BODYPUMP, yoga, Pilates and water workouts, and the sports hall seats 1,200.
Bookings can be made online or at reception, and day visitors need no registration. The Superkortti card works at all the chain's halls, with no membership fees. The gym age limit is 15, and shooting requires a firearms licence. A lift serves every floor, and the pool has a hoist.
