Set in the Torikorttelit blocks of central Helsinki, this pizzeria bakes Neapolitan pizza over an open fire and is certified by the AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana), one of only about 400 such places outside Italy. The dough rises for 24 hours, and each 35 cm pizza bakes in a wood-fired oven at 450°C for 60–90 seconds, using ingredients from certified producers.
Tables can be booked in advance. Cocktails are served alongside the pizzas, and there are vegetarian options. The entrance, some of the seating and the toilet are wheelchair accessible. The chain also runs pizza-making classes and hosts private events, and gift vouchers can be bought online.
