This glass-walled restaurant in Helsinki floats on the water, rising and falling with the water level. It was designed by architect Simo Freesen in the shape of a flower. The kitchen specialises in fish and shellfish but also serves meat and vegetarian dishes, with a crayfish menu in late summer. It is run by Restel.
Weekday lunch offers an archipelago-style buffet, a three-course menu that changes weekly or home-style dishes. The glass-railed terrace has awnings and heaters. Events can host up to 200 guests. There is a pier for guests arriving by boat, and dogs are welcome. Tables can be booked online. The entrance and toilet are accessible.
