This Helsinki sushi restaurant occupies the stone ground floor of a building more than 100 years old, and since an expansion in spring 2019 it seats 18. Its name means port in Japanese. The sushi is handmade from a short menu: salmon comes from Norway, whitefish from Finland and tuna from Indonesia, and reindeer features as a Finnish speciality. The rice is cooked firm and seasoned with vinegar, sugar and salt.
Suggested drinks are white wine, beer, sake or green tea. Tables can be booked online, takeaway is ordered by phone and comes in eco packaging, and delivery is available. Vegetarian and vegan options and high chairs are available. The entrance is not step-free.
