This Japanese restaurant in Helsinki's Hietalahti Market Hall was founded in April 2016 by a couple who had moved to Finland and wanted to cook everything from scratch, using organic ingredients where possible. Kenji Yano has owned it since 2022, and the chef was born in Japan. The noodles and dumplings are made in-house, and the menu also has karaage fried chicken, ramen, rice bowls, soups and izakaya-style snacks.
Vegetarian and vegan options include tofu dishes and a vegan teriyaki rice bowl, and a kids' set and high chairs are available. Drinks include beer, Japanese sake and cocktails. Tables can be booked, and food can also be taken away or delivered.
