Founded in 1999, this Helsinki-based association brings together private landlords and property investors and has more than 35,000 members. It aims to make renting more rewarding, safer and easier, and it publishes landlord barometers, market overviews and studies and comments on housing legislation.
Members get legal advice by phone and online, contract and document templates, market information, training and guides, and Vuokranantaja magazine, published four times a year. Membership is through an online form, and the website is in Finnish and English.
