Founded in 1990, the dog club offers members agility, obedience, rally obedience, nosework and show training. It organises official trials and informal competitions, alongside an annual all-breed dog show first held in 1993.
The members' dog school has puppy and adult classes. Veterinary joint and heart screening days are also arranged at the hall. The club promotes organised dog activities through training and advice. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
