Bread is handmade from flour in the shop's own bakery using a sourdough starter, including white bread. The rustic loaves have a crisp crust and slightly moist interior. Handmade pastries include Finnish cinnamon buns, doughnuts, sweet buns and Danish pastries.
Head confectioner Eero Paulamäki creates the chain's cakes and confectionery. Custom layer cakes and pastries can be ordered in advance through the chain's online cake shop.
