Toni Pedrozo's family business hand-makes fresh pasta and sourdough bread with Italian and Swiss influences. Alongside tagliatelle, pappardelle, ravioli, tortellini, lasagne sheets and pici are made to order at least a day ahead. Breads include wheat, wholegrain, spelt, oat and rye varieties and parmesan focaccia.
Italian cured meats include salame, guanciale, n'duja and mortadella, with coffee from the small Capri roastery. Bread varieties are available on set weekdays. A pasta workshop is offered, and handmade wooden cutting boards and board wax are sold.
