This family bakery was founded in 1947 as a military crispbread factory. It makes sourdough rye and wheat breads, sweet and savoury baked goods and bake-off frozen products. Its flour uses entirely Finnish grain, and several products carry the Good from Finland mark.
Products are supplied fresh and frozen. Industrial customers can obtain pizza bases, burger buns, pita breads, wraps, blinis and baguettes. The company holds food safety and quality management certifications. Bio-waste is composted, and surplus bread is donated to the Elämän Leipä charity.
