The boating club promotes maritime hobbies and safe traffic culture, connecting recreational and professional mariners. It belongs to the Finnish Navigation Federation and organises examinations, navigation guidance and practice sessions.
Members have access to two island bases and two harbours, one with a winter storage area. Social events are also organised, and membership is open to new applicants.
