The umbrella organisation for disability, public health, pensioner, veteran and charity associations is politically non-partisan. It promotes access to rehabilitation, employment, social and health services, social security, culture and hobbies.
Activities focus on the health and social interaction of older and disabled people, those with illnesses and veterans. The association is Finnish-speaking but also uses Swedish in its work.
